This album belongs to my Photohike work. It was created before the later 7-image series approach took shape, yet it remains part of the path from which this body of work emerged. The Eltzbach Valley already held much of what would later define my Photohiking approach: walking, light, silence, and the attempt to read a landscape as more than scenery. Dieses Album gehört zu meiner Photohike-Arbeit. Es ist entstanden, bevor die spätere 7-Bilder-Serienlogik Gestalt annahm, und bleibt dennoch Teil des Weges, aus dem dieses Werk gewachsen ist. Im Eltzbachtal war bereits vieles angelegt, was meinen Photohiking-Ansatz später prägen sollte: Gehen, Licht, Stille und der Versuch, Landschaft nicht nur als Kulisse, sondern als lesbaren Raum zu begreifen.
