Threshold of Light | Photohike Hellenthal

Winter does not arrive all at once.

It gathers in details: in frost, in mist, in the first low light moving through the trees.

On this Photohike, the forest revealed itself slowly — not through spectacle, but through patience. A frozen branch, a pale veil of fog, a sudden path of light: each image became part of a quieter unfolding.

This series is part of my long-term project Wanderspezi – the Photohiker, where hiking and photography merge into one deliberate practice.

Der Winter kommt nicht auf einmal.

Er sammelt sich in Details: in Frost, in Nebel, im ersten tiefen Licht zwischen den Bäumen.

Auf diesem Photohike zeigte sich der Wald langsam - nicht als Spektakel, sondern durch Geduld. Ein gefrorener Ast, ein blasser Schleier aus Nebel, ein plötzlicher Weg aus Licht: Jedes Bild wurde Teil einer stilleren Entfaltung.

Diese Serie ist Teil meines Langzeitprojekts Wanderspezi - the Photohiker, in dem Wandern und Fotografie zu einer bewussten Praxis verschmelzen.
